Policies

• Rates are for double occupancy. Please add $50 for each additional person, plus 7% Maine Rooms and Meals Tax.
• Check-in time is 2 PM to 7 PM or later by prior arrangement.
• Checkout time is 10 AM.
• Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed please.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• A specific room cannot be guaranteed on reservations of fewer than two nights.
• A minimum stay will be required during certain dates; please inquire. We accept payment in U.S. funds by travelers' checks, personal checks drawn on U.S. banks, cash, VISA and MasterCard.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

Reservations and deposits

• An advance deposit will guarantee your room. For stays of one or two nights, a deposit of one night's rate; for three or more nights, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required.
• Due to a short season and a limited number of rooms, we require 30 days notice of cancellation for a refund of deposit.
• Please Note:  Any cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival will result in full payment of the reserved room(s).
• All deposits apply to the last day(s) of your stay or reservation.
• Full payment of the balance of your reservation will be due upon arrival. We are unable to make changes, or give a refund for altered departure or arrival dates, made to reservations within 30 days of arrival. Any change made prior to 30 days will incur a $25 processing fee.
• Group reservations of 3 or more rooms may be booked with full advance payment.  We regret we cannot refund payment for group reservations.
